Biographical Sketch of Joyce White

Joyce White’s colleagues describe her as a master coach, and she was a pioneer in the field when she established her first coaching business in 1989. She obtained both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of New York at Albany and pursued extensive continuing education at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. As a sales and marketing professional, she gained national recognition for her achievements, and she has served as an adjunct staff member with the world-renowned Center for Creative Leadership since 1992.

Joyce and her team incorporate state-of-the-art coaching tools in their engagements, including Lominger’s Voices 360 and Leadership Architect, and they consistently produce the results clients seek: gains in productivity, increases in sales, superior customer service, development of human resources, and effective communication, leadership, and conflict management. As a result, successful leaders from a wide range of sectors—business, not-for-profit, education, government, and the military—have turned to her for help in maximizing their assets and transforming their limitations.
